As per RBI guidelines after demonetization scheme, you can deposit any money in your account inlcluding Jan-Dhan account. But PNB Manesar (Gurgaon) Branch mis-behaved and refused to take the money in Jan-dhan account in excess of Rs. 49, 000 without showing any circular or proper justification from their side. they harrased me a lot. We stand hours in queue and they simply refuse after getting number.

    Dear sir i am satya dev ex cpoaof from indian navy. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that my daughters marriage is fixed on 23rd nov 16 and i dont have any cash with me neither new nor old.
    As per prime ministers notification the parents can take new currency upto 250000/-
    i went to the manager and asked to issue me cash for the same but the manager and senior manager said we have yet received any circula from the head office till saturday 19 th nov 16.
    My son is in shiping he git some dollars, i eequestes chief manager to exchange the same with new currency and chief manager said we can do that but you need to deposite in the bank. But after depositing the dollars in the account chief manager said we cannot give new currency more than 6000/-.
    Sir we are asking our money landed to the bank, we are not asking any favour or loan from the bank.
    Sir i need to pay small vendor bills in cash and also need cash for some ceromonial purposes, vendor are not ready to work without payment.
    The manager is not honouring the prime minister notification and on top of that making false statements.
    I personnaly met on 19th nov 16 at 1430 hrs with chief manager. The chief manaher pnb nehru ground faridabad main branch to help me, chief manager said that we have not received any circullar till now. Today i càme to know that the bank has received the circular i made a complain to the customer vare pnb operator mr prashant kumar pandey said that the corcular has been already closed now, on further enquiry with him i found that the circular was issued on 18 th nov in the morning and was closed on same day 18th nov 16.
    Pnb customer stating that the circullar was ussued in the morning on 18 th nov and closed same day in the evenimg and chief manager stating that they have not received any circular till 19 th nov 16. I doubt that there is some manipulation by managers. Finally if some miss happening happenong in mybfaugjters marriage i will held responsible to pnb bank, chief manager pnb main branch nehru ground and manger main branch faridabad. I would request zee tv to highligjt my issue so that i can ceromonise my daugjters marriage peacefully.

      I have deposited rs 24900 on dated 13-oct-16 on sb a/c no [protected] through atm deposit machine at civil line, nr kailash chawk, ludhiana branch. still same is not showing in my account, i have made so many complaints to local branch manager mr r. k. singh - [protected] and relation ship manager ms sonia[protected] but still they not provide any resolution to me. today again i have met with mr r. k. singh for same issue but he said i can not do any thing for that. kindly arrange to resolve my issue on priority. i have the deposit slip also which provided by atm deposit machine. if my issue not resolve then i will go to the local police for same issue.

      PNB (ashok Marg Hazrat Ganj LKO) Refuse to Exchnge the Notes 1000-500 if the person is not having Account in their own branch.But As per RBI guidelines anyone can exchange their currency in any branch in India. Please take appropriate Action.
      I had taken pnb orientel health insurance policy on 27/4/2016 and cash also deducted from my account bt still now my policy is not issue
      My Account Number is [protected]. I applied for internet banking. When i login to my internet banking account, it ask to call branch for activation of your account. Please activate my account So that I would be able to make my transactions through internet. Waiting for your support at the earliest. Thanks.

          I am mukesh bhatt.the management of pnb kirari branch is very poor.Manager and employees of bank doesnt work according to govt. guidelines.they are operating under their own management which is causing problem for depositing and withdrawal of cash.customers waiting in long queues for their number and bank is not taking any actions for the customer comfortability.please take proper actions for making the management right.I think they are taking bribe and causing public problems.please take necessary actions.

          We are facing problem in cash withdrawing from bank. J.V.M.G.R.R. PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK CHARKHI DADRI, HARYANA is not withdrawing the cash more than 4000 in a day. but they are providing the facility to their known person, . this is completly wrong.

            I have done a transaction from my debit card on 15/11/2016 of rs 5000 to airtel money mobile no [protected] and my money get deducted from my bank account but it did not get credited to my airtel money account.
            Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                Yesterday[protected] I visited the RASRA branch of pnb to deposit the cash but they refused to deposit the cash saying that they are not depositing the cash of outsider account of pnb .when I talk to the branch manager he also saying the same thing and he misbehave with me .and also the behavior of manager was rude. So I want pnb to take appropriate action against that manager.

                  Sir, from last 6 days our PNB and all other ATMs are fully closed, we have to travel long distance for cash withdrawal that too we are not getting chance to take our own money from ATM, please its a request fullfill our Ichapur branch ATM regularly with cash then all our problmes will some extend come to end, its a earnest request...pls PNB ichapur branch ATM should be filled with cash on regular basis...will wait for reply.

                    I Mr Aubrey A Lunn, Holder of Savings Account no. [protected] of Mayapuri Branch, have lost my Debit Card. It could have been pick-pocketed while travelling to Naraina on Bus No. 73. When I alighted from the Bus at Payal Bus stop, I realized that I did not have have the two Debit Cards. The first one I have blocked, which was of HDFC Bank. Date of the incident was 17th November at around 10.30 a.m. I tried contacting the toll free numbers[protected] and[protected], but of no avail Waited for 4 minutes plus on both numbers for a response, but none came through. I would be much obliged if the said debit card could be blocked, so that nobody can use it. Both the Debits cards were in a Standard Chartered Bank small wallet (Black).

                      I have visited the pnb branch of munshipulia lucknow uttarpradesh for cash deposit & after being in que for 2.30 hrs at 4.30 the counter is closed for further deposit. I was at 2nd place then for deposite.

                      I asked the casher & manager for providing the number on my deposit slip for next day deposit as i have already wasted my 2.30 hrs but the manager has no answer neither he has provided any solution.

                      The cashier service is so slow that he is taking 15-20 min in a single deposit.

                            Pnb of Vijay Nagar delhi, is at worst condition . Employee and manager are very abusive in talking and even using force on people for keeping down shut.Only allowing their relatives to enter the bank .No accountability is to the public.During working hours also bank used to be close.After every hour taking tea break, lunch break and gossip time.H aressment is being done to the females and insane comment too.

                                I gone gor exchange my money, the executive told me that you hav e already changed. But i did not.
                                So q. Is there is using of my id. No checking of originl one by your executive.
                                Please mention that without my original id there should not exchange or transaction from my account.
                                I called in you customer care since 4p. M. Its like a fun going on.
                                Please take this seriously
                                I will complain in a police, that how it is possible without my original id there is transaction exchange is going on.
                                And i am not able to exchange my old money notes.

                                    I am not using PNB credit card services till date not my all outstandings were clear and they send mail to me that all my charges was waived off but again they send me outstanding messages

                                    Punjab National Bank Credit Card Department Mentally Harashing me for a long time and not send me clearance certificate after clear my all outstandings.
                                    I send him 14th reminder But till the time not solve my issue. and nobody contact with me. Please solve my problem.

While my sb a/c no- [protected] has been debited by Rs.1881.67.As per announcement of RBI, there is no charges should be deducted on such type of transactin.In this connection customer care has also contacted, but they could not help in this regards.
