money got debitted without actually recieving the cash

1. I wanted to get Rs. 10, 000 from Punjab National Bank ATM on 09 june 2009, but it didn't paid me the money instead it debited the same amount from account. Finally I lodged the complaint in their call centre and they assured me that I will get the same within 12 days but today is 15th day and I have not been credited with the amount even after repeated reminder to them.

Home Loan disapproved

Recently I have purchased a property which have been seized by Allahabad bank.I wish to make my residence in that property, so applied for home-loan from Punjab National bank.I have shown all papers and punjab national bank say that they can approve my loan and fulfilling some formalities(like valuation, search from there own engineers/lawyers).After spending money and 10 days of time for valuation and search and after completing all formatlities...

NEFT transfer

I have registered a complaint regarding my neft transfer of Rs.855/- from SBI to PNB on[protected] but till not credited in PNB. PNB service centre people say that you ask from SBI and SBI service centre people says that you ask to PNB.
Now, credit amount came to my account. and problem resolved.
Please close the complaint.

NEFT transaction still not cleared

I have made NEFT on15th June to be PNB Account No. [protected]. But still today it has not been credited in my PNB A/c. I have talked to PNB service centre and got the reply to talk to SBI. When I have talked to SBI and they are saying that RBI regulated this and they can not do anything, Please arrange to rectify the problem in this regard for which I shall be very much thankful to you.

Refund for the Debited Amount

I am the customer of Punjab National Bank, Indira Nagar, Dehradun branch.

On date June 8, 2009, Time 12:00:07, I have made the transaction through the ATM of Dena Bank, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and the transaction was failed due to network problem and Rs 2000/- has been debited from my account.

For all that I have submitted the Request letter on 10th, June' 2009, but still the amount is not credited to my A/c....

In reference to above subject it is requested that Cash is requested (Rs. 15000) Not Withdrawn due to machine fault but debitted from the account.

deduction of amount from balance

i would like to inform you that on 5 may 2009 i was using my pnb atm card at idbi bank but as the transaction is going to complete, signal has gone in the atm machine and i will not recieve the amount but the same is get deducted from my account
i complaint about this to branch and the manager told me that it will take some time
but iwill not recieve amount till date

sir, on dt.06/05/2009, i conducted a transaction for withdrawal of Rs.3000.00 through ATM of Axis bank at Hardwar road Rishikesh from my saving bank account no.[protected], of PNB yamuna colony Dehra dun at 19.43hrs. the ATM gave no cash but deducted Rs.3000/-from my actt. reff. above. The slip issued by the ATM shows ATM ID -S1Ac1565 with record no.312.the photo copy of the ATM slip has already been sent to PNB yamuna colony Dehradun...
