Hello.. sir.. i withdrew RS 2500 from PNB atm card frm Indian Overseas Branch, Sastra Thanjavur, Branch. on date. 30th March, 2009. I lodged a complain in PNB Thanjavur. It has been more than 3 months still money has not been recredited... my account number is [protected]..

Sir/Mam i had transect 2000 rs.on[protected] from city bank ATM in express building form ITO delhi but i could'nt recieve the money from the atm due to atm system error,

I have to allready complained to pnb customer care on[protected] my compalint no is 3177751.
but still that time had no taken any action by ur managment

    I am an ATM-cum-Debit Card holder [Nos.[protected] and[protected]Add-on Card)] against S/B Account No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Salt Lake, Sector-V, Kolkata-700091 branch. At the time of issuing the above card, the bank informed that “There is no annual fee for your card”. But on 14.02.09, bank has deducted Rs 200/- as annual fee for the Debit Cards.

    When I mailed the concerned auothority (The Chief ATM/Debit Cards, Punjab National Bank, HO: 5, Sansad Marg, New Delhi 110001) regarding this annual fee they promptly informed me through mail :
    “Keeping in view to provide hassle free services, expansion of ATM network and pacing with the advance technology the Bank levied an annual charge of Rs100/- w.e.f .01.02.2008, which is nominal as compared to charges being levied by other Banks.”

    Later on, I came to know that the bank has not imposed any annual charge against use of ATM-cum-Debit card to some of my colleagues and in some cases they have refunded the deducted annual fee for use of ATM-cum-Debit Card. When I mailed them regarding this partiality, even after reminder, they are surprisingly silent.

    Now my question is :

    Why my deducted money cannot be refunded like others?
    Whether the justice can be varied from customer to customer?

    MONEY GOT DEBITTED WITHOUT ACTUALLY RECIEVING THE CASH FROM THE ATM MACHINE.

    i wanted to get Rs.10, 000 from UNITED BANK OF INDIA ATM on 14th september 2009, but it did not paid me the money instead it debitted the same amount from my account.

    Kindly help me soon.

      Amount deducted from ATM but not received in complete cash from ATM

      Sir, I am Ashok Suryabhan Kohak, holding an account in PNB Bank, B B CANTT Srinagar, with Account No: [protected]. I had withdrawn RS. 25, 000/- from Axis Bank, Ahamed Nagar Where ATM is Situated. On 06 Jun 2009. The amount was deducted my account but only RS. 11, 000/- cash coming from ATM, Remaining RS. 14, 000/- not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care but he intimate to me give this complaint to PNB Bank. I had complaint to my PNB bank, BB Cantt Srinagar that holding my account, but bank manager not take action & ruff talking about I have made transaction to other bank ATM.
      Same type of problem faced on 09 Jun 2009, I had withdraw rupees 400/- from Indian Overseas Bank, Ahamed Nagar Where ATM is Situated. On 09 Jun 2009. The amount was deducted my account but not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care &. PNB Bank B B Cantt Srinagar. dt. 26 Jun 2009 I met Genral Manager too. But No result found till today i.e. 08 Jul 2009. I had not received the amount. Kindly take necessary action to help me in this regards to get my money back in to my account. Tel Me what to do?, I am very much disappointed since this is not a small amount and covers a big part of my salary. .

          I have a a/c no. [protected] in your sheikh sarai branch. I withdrawl a amount of Rs.800.00 on 21.11.2008 and its debited twice. After that i went out of station and I lodge a complaint on 05.05.09 to PNB customer care executive Mr.Amit and the request no. is 14532396. Again i called at PNB C. care on 20.05.09 and they give me a request no.14888788 and Again I called on 26.05.09 and the request no. is 15061630. After that I called up on 04.06.09 again i got the same response. After a lots of argument they give me a no.[protected]. I call in that no. but they just picked the phone and hold for a long long time without saying hello to it. I call on 16.06.09 in PNB customer care i.e.[protected] they respond that within 3 days I will get my money back, again I called on 18.06.09 they said they got a feedback from ATM Cell that the money will revert with in 3 days positively. But till now I don’t get my money back.

          Sir,

          This is inform you that I had withdrawn Rs.500 on 11/04/09 through PNB ATM Chandausi UP from my account no. [protected]. Again I had withdrawn Rs.4000 on 23/09/09 through City financial ATM Ansal Plaza Baisali Ghaziabad UP from my account no. [protected].Unfortunately this withdrawal was reflected twice in the mini-statement .

          I have been continuously in touch in last 1-1/2 month with your branch regarding this matter but no appropriate action was taken to reimburse the amount of Rs. 500 & 4000.

          May I kindly request you to look into this matter and do needful.

          i tarun jain ac no [protected] withdraw the 5000 rs to 14/10/2009by atm i have received my money once time and statement are showing to twice at a time and debited my money 10000 thats day but i receive only 5 thousand ;i have got a complaint to c. care no [protected] he gave me complaint no 1963c209 .aur kaha ki 3 din mein paisa credit ho jayega aur maine aaj 20/10/2009 ko accc. check kiya to wahi balance purane wala tha to maine phir wahi number dail kiya to yakin kijiyega sir evening ke 7 baje se try kar raha hu 45-45- minuteski waiting dete hai aur uske baad phone disconnect kar dete hai aur ab 11.50pm ho chuke hai abhi tak koi response nahi mila aur last time 11.pm par baat hui to kehte hai ki connectivity nahi hai subah 7 baje call karna bataiye manager sir ye kahan tak sahi hai itne badtamij log baithe hai customer care department mein ki bus sir pucho mat ab thak kar ye intrernet ka sahara liya hai. agar aap meri problem ko dur kar denge to hum aapke aabhari honge thanks sir bye

            But it is very regretful to say because of some network problem i was unable to get the ammount and the same amount has been deducted from my balance without any receipt of the money, kindly solve my problem and return back my deducted amount as you know if this type of happenings will occur then we will definatly afraid in making transiction with your Atms

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I Akhilesh Kumar Mishra have saving account in State Bank of India, Branch Khopoli, Raigad, Maharasthra Branch (account no. [protected]), on 01/07/2009 at 5.30 P.M. I went to withdraw a some of Rs.15000/- from Panjab National bank Khopoli branch ATM, I entered the amount but cash not dispensed in ATM and Rs.-15000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) debited from my account I checked account status in SBI ATM next morning and found rupees fifteen thousand as ATM withdrawal on 01/07/2009. I have given my Bank pass book and statement details to KHOPOLI branch office with written application.

              On 02/07/2009 I have given online complaint to SBI customer care service my complaint Ticket no. CC[protected] Please check all the details and arrange to credit the money in my account as soon as possible. In future I will not use any other bank ATM even I can surrender my ATM card as it is giving problem repeatedly.
              Therefore I request you to look in to the matter seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible because as it causes a lot of physical effort. It can also cause of the problems for me as I have issued some cheques which may bounce because of lack of funds in my account.

I try to withdraw the amount of Rs.6000/- . th said amount was not withdraw from ATM but shown in the ministatement that is debited from my acount. The amount was wrongly debited. please credit the same amount in my acount No.[protected] as early as possible.

                Hello Sir, I didn't knew that the banks are set up for the existing customers only. I went to the punjab national bank for educational loan in siliguri, but they are asking if i am an existing customer, if not than they cannot proceed, but if on arguing they proceed thay cannot grant giving some unnecessary reasons like they don't have time to pass the loan at the time, maybe for some months too. I wanted to know why are they providing daily advertisement in newspapers about educational loan, if they don't have time. It just shows that thay dont want to grant the loan. I have a complain on this ground where no clause has been setup saying only educational loans be granted to existing customers only.

                Punjab Natinal Bank — not granting my loan

                I am student studying in bhopal and i am pursuing BE from here. I am now in 3rd year of my degree. my hometown is in Biaora [rajgarh] . I have been applying for loan in the bank's branch in biaora from last two and a half years. My fathers pension also comes in the same branch. His account is also about seven-eight years old. First we applied in my first year, the manager told us that the loan will be granted, but a year passed with words that loan will be granted. after that the manager is transferred. The new manager came and he told us that they stopped giving loan and it is in the hand of regional brach office in indore to give loan or not. we gave all the documents he asked us to give, and uptill september 2009, whenever we go to branch.he says that answer haven't came from reginal office.In october when my father went to that branch, he came to know that he is also being transferred. he took the manager's number and the manager told my father that you haven't gave me the documents.This means that they have also threw my documents somewhere.

                therefore, i m complainting for the worst response from the bank and i hope my complaint will be solved.

                  I finished my diploma ECE in 2007.Now i got an oppurtunity to do engg in singapore for that i contacted punjab national bank, KAILASAPURAM MAIN BRANCH ( near BHEL, trichy ) for education loan.But they are refuseing to give education loan because my father got some loans in some other banks & now he is suffering from BLOOD PRESSURE & SUGAR because of that he is unable to pay that loans.so bank refused to give me EDUCATION loan.plz help me to get EDUCATION loan in the bank or else my life will be spoiled.

                  Myself vignesh.T.I finished my diploma ECE in 2007.Now i'm intrested to my engg in singapore for that i contacted punjab national bank ( KAILASAPURAM MAIN BRANCH, trichy ) for EDUCATION LOAN.bank rejected my loan because my father got some loans in some other banks & he is unable to pay that loans now because he is suffering from BLOOD PRESSURE & SUGAR COMPLAINT.I'm ready to give property documents for the bank but still they refuse to give me loan.help me to get EDUCATIOAN LOAN or else my life will be spoiled.

                  If you are studying in a good enough institute then a private bank will give you the money. Just take the loan upto the limit you are allowed and then go to your college. Find a job there or any other alternate means of income. Every foreign student is expected to work in other countries to earn part of the fees. And just try to improve your English before going there. U would be representing India in Singapore so try to improve yourself before going there.
                  Still things dont work out ask money from your relatives and friends. I[censored] r serious you will find a way
                  Sir, My brother Manish Kumar has been selected for MBA course in Tours and Travel Management, Conducted by Indian institute of Tours and travel Management, Gwalior. He has applied for education Loan in Punjab National Bank, Baikathpur, Khusrupur, Dt. Patna, Bihar. Now, Bank is dilly dallying in giving the loan. For joining the course, he needs immediate loan within 3 days. Otherwise, he will loose admission. There is no private bank in our area to process it faster. As security, we are ready to keep our one of property paper also. Please help.

                  I am a retired service person has applied six month ago for education loan for my son in my home town, Darbhanga. My son is studying in PGPBM (affiliated by PTU) at ISBM, Noida. The management has agreement with PNB. Your bank has also issued a circular to grant the loan for this course. Many students from this institute has received loan for the same course. But with deep regret I want to say that I have been dishearten by the attitude of the staffs related to loan department of Darbhanga branch. From the last six month they are delaying & delaying without any proper reason. Everyday they ask for new documents. Sometimes they ask to bring the student and sometimes they ask for the copy PNB circular for the final approval of loan. I have submitted all the necessary documents required for the loan. But finally they have not approved my loan till today without giving me any information. Please help me.

Yes, this is right information that PNB bank always refused to give a education loan in Baikkatpur, Khusrupur area.There is no other private bank over there.One option is SBI bank but he totally surrenders before commencing or initiative a sigle process.Although govt is catering so many facilities for getting higher education, but we are totally deprive from this.Ultimately students are losing their career opportunity.so please intervene in the system, do correct action to make flourish the career the of students rather spoil.

                    Sir/Madam,

                    I have transfered Rs. 6000 ICICI Bank to PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK with RBI Reference No.[protected].
                    ICICI said fund has been successfully our side. PNB said return fund this RBI Reference No.[protected] and A/C no.[protected] is not exist of PNB. I have very sad both response because any one are not helping me.
                    I have lot of calls(more then 100) called ICICI bank call center [protected] and PNB house Mumbai[protected] and[protected], also sent fax PNB house[protected].I have meet pesonal both bank branch.but any one not given result. I had called PNB house[protected] previews monday at 2.00PM they said "we are refund your amount today" but not transfer then I had again called last Friday at 12.30 pm.They said "we are refund your amount today" but I have not got.Realy very bad people of PNB.They are not recieving call if receive call then waiting and waiting. I have lose Rs.500 only in call.

                      My sister was preparing for bank exam she want to fill the application form for punjab natase ional bank than I took Online Information from the website of PNB. and According the information I Desposited the cash amount rs in 300 in PNB (Branch Govindpura Bhopal) at 29/Jun/2009 after taking TransactionId I trying for Online Registration But Every Time Message come server not connected or server down 30/jun is last date of online registration and still server down near about 20, 000 thousand student is strugling for this type of problem they goto to internet cafe and try to registration again and again so they are also wasting money in internet cafe It is very serious problem Bank and other corporate earn lot of from students who is looking for job

                      Hi Sir

                      I am one of your mayur vihar phase-111 PNB branch customers. I have opended my account in your bank for good services but what i find there, there are only three member in this branch one is casher peon, branch manager and another is two madam one is alwasy absent, last one week this branch printer is out of service but at this point of time the printer is not correct and in only one counter cash deposit and cash withdrawal in same counter a long queue is always there, the behaviour is not good so how can you provide a good service to your customer, i think the private bank is better then your bank. because they provide good service in behalf of they charges some extra money that does't matter. In this fastes age no one can wait in a long queue. I think there job is fixed that's the big issue.

                            1. I wanted to get Rs. 10, 000 from Punjab National Bank ATM on 09 june 2009, but it didn't paid me the money instead it debited the same amount from account. Finally I lodged the complaint in their call centre and they assured me that I will get the same within 12 days but today is 15th day and I have not been credited with the amount even after repeated reminder to them.

                            2. I again called up thier call centre and came to know that complaint lodged earlier is not valid and they told me to launch the complaint again. Its becomint too much for me as it is not a small amount and i am in derth need.

                            1. I wanted to get Rs 1000/- from Punjab National Bank having an savings account with an account no. [protected] and ATM card no. [protected]. For a purpose i inserted a ATM card in Union Bank of India on 25 june 2009 at 11:52 am venued at Agri.Market yard, Pune.
                            2. I received a receipt showing ' Transaction declined Unable to process Record no.2934 Station ID DPUN[protected] ' but i didn't receive any cash in hand but there is a deduction of Rs 1000/- from my account stated above.
                            3. I had lodge a complaint into my account holding PNB branch on 25 june 2009. It was told by them that the complaint will be processed within 8-10 days but there is no response yet.

                              Recently I have purchased a property which have been seized by Allahabad bank.I wish to make my residence in that property, so applied for home-loan from Punjab National bank.I have shown all papers and punjab national bank say that they can approve my loan and fulfilling some formalities(like valuation, search from there own engineers/lawyers).After spending money and 10 days of time for valuation and search and after completing all formatlities they say that they cannot approve loan because it is commercial property.
                              if they know they cannot approve loan, why they have said in the first phase and i want loan to make my home, and not for any commerial purpose.

                                    This complaint is against the officer incharge of Punjab National Bank, Ghaziabad, Branch-Kaushambi. I had made two FDs in the name of my daughter Ms. Shubhangi U/g Sanjeev Kumar Garg with following Details:

                                    No. RNP 332116 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Start: 27.01.1998 Valiidity of deposit: 14 years Rate of Interest: 11.5% Amount: Rs. 50, 000.00, Maturity Amount : 2, 44, 522.00

                                    No. RNP 332117 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Start: 27.01.1998 Valiidity of deposit: 15 years Rate of Interest: 11.5% Amount: Rs. 50, 000.00 Maturity Amount : 2, 73, 878.00

                                    The above FDs are continuing since the date of the opening. We were regularly getting the TDS certificates and information of the FDs but for this financial year when my father who is approximately 73 years old approched to the Bank Manger. He denied for having the information of the Bank and told that it has been encashed and having no clue.

                                    My father insisted for the same and shown the original FD. Then the official on duty has taken the original FD from him and told that these FDs are no more valid as no FD can be more than 10 years. My father shown the original FD and shown the rate of interest, period and special note "Payment to be made only after the maturity date of the aforesaid child" but he refuse to accept any request and unilaterly extended the validity and revised the FDs are as under:

                                    No. RNP 332116 ( A/c No. 993) Date of Renewal 27.01.2008 Valiidit upto 27.01.2011 Rate of Interest: 8.5% Amount: Rs. 1, 44059.00, Maturity Amount : 1, 85, 407.00 (Direct loss of Rs. 59, 115)

                                    Taken the FD and issue the New Confirmation of Deposit bearing ID No.[protected] Date of Start: 27.01.2008 Valiidity upto 27.01.2011 Rate of Intersst 8.5% Amount of Rs. 1, 44, 585.00 Maturity Amount : 1, 86, 084.00 (Direct loss of Rs. 87, 794)

                                    We are fail to understand the melafide intention of the Bank manager and the Bank why this unilateral decision was taken without our signatures and acceptance. This is to update that we were having the other choice also but considering the reputation of the bank we have taken the decision to go with the PNB and now w are getting cheated by the bank.

                                    Bank Daily Deposit Scheme — Interest not given on the scheme

                                    The small shopkeepers/investors are depositing a small amount on Dalily basis with the banks say Rs. 10/0, 20/-, 30/- 50/- per day. The amount is usually withdrawn after a certain period with min. of 1 year and only the amount deposited in total is refudned at maturity. Ever since , RBI has announced the interest on daily balances in savings accounts, the same should also be applicable to such savings. If not equivalent to savings account but atleast to encourage savings and add value to investor's money with the bank

                                      I am the customer of Punjab National Bank, Indira Nagar, Dehradun branch.

                                      On date June 8, 2009, Time 12:00:07, I have made the transaction through the ATM of Dena Bank, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and the transaction was failed due to network problem and Rs 2000/- has been debited from my account.

                                      For all that I have submitted the Request letter on 10th, June' 2009, but still the amount is not credited to my A/c. One of their staff member has said that it will take more than one month and that is really pathetic and nobody is concentrating on that issue.

                                      Kindly intervene.

                                      I have an HDFC linked insurance policy, I pay premium half yearly, 15th March and 15th Sept. I would like to know if I make the payment before the due date to HDFC SLIC, say suppose on 1st or 5th little earlier, Will I be allotted units as per the NAV unit value on 1st/ 5th. Or I will be allotted as the NAV unit value as on 15th.

                                        Sir,

                                        In reference to above subject it is requested that Cash is requested (Rs. 15000) Not Withdrawn due to machine fault but debitted from the account.

                                        Kindly take appropriate action and update the account back.
                                        THE COMPLAIN IS ALREADY GIVEN IN THE FORM OF WRITTEN APPPLICALTION IN PRESCRIBED PERFORMA AT CIVIL LINES BRANCH WHICH HOLDS ACCONUT AS WELL AS ATM BOTH.

                                        I too have made a complaint at customer care of PNB on the second of transaction and my complaint number is 16736486.
