Sir,
I tried to withdraw Rs.15000/- cash from ATM counter (ATM Code: NA007601)of Oriental Bank of Commerce adjacent to Oriental Bank of Commerce branch Razapur, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 11.10.2008 using my debit card no.[protected], issued by PNB, Branch Khera, Pilkhuwa, Ghaziabad.
Though the ATM was not printing any document still I continued and at last after some mechanical sound it gave message ‘Unable to process’. But next day while checking the account in some other ATM, I found that amount (Rs.15017/-), was debited from my account on 11.10.2008 as ATM withdrawal.
I have already applied to branch manager Oriental Bank, Branch Razapur. As there was no slip delivered by ATM, on request they have checked their internal “ATM Roll” for verification and declared the following:

As per Oriental Bank, I should apply to PNB branch as I have got the Savings A/c (No. [protected]) with you.
I have applied to the concerned PNB branch but there was no response till date.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to get the amount (Rs.15000/-) credited in my account at the earliest.

i tried to withdraw Rs.2000/- cash from ATM counter (ATM Code: 3476 of PNB sokh adha bagbhadur mathura, U.P. Card is issued on jan. 2009 . my debit card no.[protected], issued by PNB, Branch sokh adha bagbhadur chowki, mathura.
Though the ATM was not printing any document still I continued and at last after some mechanical sound it gave message ‘Unable to process’.
there was slip delivered by ATM, on request they have checked their internal “ATM Roll” for verification and declared the following:

Sir,
I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- cash from ATM counter (ATM Code:[protected] of Canara Bank of Gole Market, Lucknow using my Debit card No.[protected] issued by PNB, Branch Aliganj Lucknow on dated 31-07-09.
I continued and at last after some mechanical sound it gave message ‘Unable to process’ and 'Transaction Declined' on the ATM slip but it shown on the slip that 5000/- was withdrawled which I had not recieved. But same time while checking the account in same ATM, I found that the Balance amount Rs.16490.16/-. Rs. 5000 was debited from my account on 31.07.2009 as ATM withdrawal.

    Sir,
    It is very shame that PNB is advertising that we are for the customer and customer satisfaction is given utmost priority, but to my strange that the PNB ATM installed at Bilaspur Chhattisgarh are not having the currency for withdrawal, even though four ATM have been searched no currency, It is to request you why the ATM has been installed with one guard who used to sleep keeping the chair outside the ATM if the staff deputed for storing the currency is not doing his/her work. Why the salary of guard and one staff is being paid. This can be confirmed anytime from PNB ATM in Bilaspur due to which the reputation is going down.
    It is also observed that the PNB staff are not doing their work neither they are interested in customer satisfaction and service which required to be counselled and the ATM be functional 24 hours without any breakage or insufficient currency.
    Hope the matter will be taken in the light of suggestion and compliance.

      Dear Sir,
      Ihad made a combined FD that of my wife and myself in Punjab National Bank, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad(UP) at[protected] and they (P.N.B.) made my FD @ intrest 9.5% . No body told us and neither mentiond anywhere that when I broke my FD at a premature time they will pay us at some different rate of interest.
      I would like to bring to your notice that when I wanted to open OD account against my FD, I was answred that the staff was not available and it would take 3-4 days of time, whereas I wanted my a/c immediately as I wanted to deposit the required money to my wife's business, which is at initial stages, and my wife had commited to give the money to company personnel, but, we were not able to do so as our a/c was not opened by bank manager Mr.Goel, then we decided to break our FD, and I asked for the interest rate, they promised us to pay according to our FD interest rate, but when I GOT THE DRAFT, I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE DRAFT AMOUNT.

      sir,
      i have a joint fd in pnb with my late father as my father is passed away we have to fullfill legal proceeding but bank staff show utter indiffrenec toward our issue.

      Mostly staff of PNB Dehradun, Uttarakhand Branches are lazy. they not reach at right time in the bank. all staff behave is not good to Customers. they behave very rude.

      pnb ballabgarh branch is very bed, not provide any right information, and rudely behave, not time service, and make fool to customer, sharma is the manager is fraud who work as manager in this bank.

        I had used my PNB ATM card on ICICI bank mahanadivihar, cuttack, orissa and tried to withdraw 2000 rupees but unfortunetly i didn get money and got a message transaction time out, again i tried and got the same answer then i left the ATM, today when i checked my account in PNB ATM i found RS-4040/- missing from my A/C hence kindly take necessary steps to get my monet bacy to my a/c

                Respected Sir,

                1. With due respect and humble submission I request to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                2. I, the above named individual opened joint acct with your bank two months ago with an initial opening balance of Rs 1000/-. Presently I am serving with Indian Army at Leh, Ladakh (J&K). On 07 Jun 2008 I deposited Rs 15000/- into my acct. On the subsequent days as mentioned under a total of Rs 4000/- was withdrawn from my acct through PNB Ganganagar ATM which is adjacent to your branch by an unknown person. The particulars of withdrawal are as under:-

                (a) On 07 Jun 2008 at 11: 26 AM Rs 500/- was withdrawn.

                (b) On 08 Jun 2008 at 12: 11 PM Rs 500/- was withdrawn.

                (c) On 08 Jun 2008 at 03 : 15 PM Rs 3000/- was withdrawn.

                3. Another incident took place in respect of my ICICI savings bank acct No[protected], that a sum of Rs 3000/- was also withdrawn through ICICI ATM from my acct through same ATM (i.e. PNB Ganganagar ATM) on 27 May 08 at 09:30 AM. I think some knowing person is misbehaving and utilizing the benefits of mine.

                4. In view of the above, you are kindly requested to trace out the individual who has withdrawn money from my account through CCTV cameras located at PNB Ganganagar ATM and intimate me on tele No [protected] or send me the person’s photograph duly Xeroxed for filing case against him. Being so far away from this place its my humble request that this case may please be given priority.

I having been trying to operate the ATM issued to m with correct PIN Code No allotted to me since last 3 to 4 months, but the screen of ATm shows incorrect PIN Code please check the correct PIN Coade .                 sir with due respect I would like to state that I made a debit of Rs.3500 on 31st of august 09.But a sum of Rs.7000 were deducted from my account.First of all I tried in Canara bank, but the money didn' come out then I tried in ICICI again the money didn't come out and at last I made a withdrawal of Rs.3500 from AXIS BANK, but at the same time there was a deduction of Rs7000 from the account.

                  I swap my card (Punjab National Bank) twice in Vodaphone (Kormangala Branch) in Citi bank Machine amount 884 Rs +884 Rs on (08/03/2003). When I check my Punjab National bank Account that time its show twice this amount minus from my account (1768 Rs ).I already talk to Vodaphone they just simply promise nothing they do anything . When I check Punjab National bank they also not committed anything and their services really bad. Now more then one month over nothing is happen

                      I have requested PNB Ambadkar Road Ghaziabad for opening Locker. The bank forced me to get FDR for Rs 15000/- for opening a Locker. This is against RBI's directions as I am having my SB A/c. However on 22.8.08, I have deposited Rs 15000/- for preparing FDR for one year @ 10.5% interest as I am sr. citizen. The bank has prepared FDR for 5 year @ 9.75% interest on the plea that at least 5 years FDR is required for opening a locker. Thus I am getting less interrestd on FDR. If I closed myn locker A/C before 5 years I will have to lose 1% extra interest. I am forced to get loss without my falt.
                      I thererfore request you to interven in then matter and instruct the bank to refund my FDR. Thanks

                      Punjab National Bank — With drawl of Fixed Deposite

                      Dear Sirs,
                      We have deposite money with Punjab National Bank Ltd . Bulandshahr ,at their branch of extention at Amit Hotel , By Pass Rd. Due to some financial reason we have to take the money prematurely . When we have approached the Bank , the Manager or the Incharge of the Branch was very much rude to us and refused to oblige .He insisted to open an account in the same branch , despite the Bank is having EFT system , but on the one or the pretext he refuged to do it .
                      Will you please forward this complaint to the Head office / or the relevant person so he should transfer the funds by EFT to other bank in the same city.
                      The Manager is not rude with the customers but with low levels of Customers , he is charging , extra service charge(Bribe)
                      Hope to get a relief from this rude Manager.

                      I want to open an account in PNB. I have only two proof which is satisfiable for open an account. 1. Id proof my pan card and 2. Address proof - a letter from a reputed employer which is able to open an account according to Pnb and RBI but they not take the letter as an address proof. she tell me that who are goes to your office to verify your address. This is not only my problem another guys is also face that kinds of problem i think you take an action against that bank. Thank you

                          Hi,

                          Sarkari Bank means Sarkari Babu.. they don't want to do any work. I have applied many time for my PNB internet banking password but I don't know what they have problem to release the same. I don't think so that what advertisement says or what they announce in customer care they are not good as private banking service. Secondaly for every work you have to visit branch and on the other way most of the private banking work done thru customer care only.

                          I think it's India .. and 'Chalta Hain' is the most popular word here :(
                          Our Acconnt No is [protected](TMS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) and its in the Durg(Chattisgarh) branch. We have been appling for net banking from previous 2 years . 4-5 times we have given them applications now even forgot the count of applications we have given them. 3 times they lost because of there mismanagement, till now we hadnt received proper user name and password and this has damaged our business in considerable manner. How can bank compensate for this ?. Why cant such a big bank with life long salaried bunch of people cant do a single task properly this is a real shame professionaly. We would like it to sorted out or we will have to shift our account to other bank and put a legal suit against the branch as well as bank for this.

                          I just want to say that the Manager of newly opened branch in Mukherjee Nagar near Batra cinema Delhi is very rude while handling the customer. The way he behaves is totally unacceptable. I have been customer of many other banks, but no where I was treated like this. It is the customer through which bank do bussiness, so no customer no bussinesss.

                          sir most humbly with due respect i beg to state that i had made a transaction from Canara
                          bank atm in raibarelly(U.P.) on the date of 03/07/2009 using my pnb atm. the transaction was declined but an amount of Rs.5000. when the complain was giving to canara bank branch manager
                          he guide me to talk to branch manager of pnb bank of my branch after that when the complain was giving to my local branch manger he says me you dont need give this complaint its a normal thing
                          and the amount will be credited on your a/c with in 15 to 20 days. when the amount is not credited in my a/c again i go to branch on the date of 04/08/2009 and given the application and i have receiving copy of application.but still i am not recieved my amount i need my amount on urgent basis, so i will be very grateful to you if you take necessary steps and refund my amount.otherwise I will be complain this matter to RBI and consumer court.

                          I have tried to contact PNB Mumbai, Anushaktinagar branch, with which I hold an account on several occasions to pose certain queries I have regarding my account but have failed to gather any response through the phone line. I thus visited their website to locate e-mail addresses where I could write to gain information but there has been no response either auto-generated or manual to acknowledge receipt of my e-mail.

There are other applications which are still pending transaction details since 12 Feb 10. As per the bank officials the entire process takes more than a month. I am not sure if this is the currect bank practise. It is requested that the matter may be looked into at the earliest.

                          The sign-in page is not opening on the internet. After entering the user ID when the "continue" button is clicked, the screen shows a notice informing that the request is under process and requests the user to wait. But this process goes unending.
                          When contacted on toll free no[protected], it was informed that this is happening because I, some time ago, selected "NO' for IB Shield option on the net banking site. I was asked to mail the situation to [protected]@pnb.co.in to get a "reply".
                          My submission is that
                          i) If the signing was going to be blocked for a "NO" option for IB Shield, this fact should have been informed with the proposed option.
                          ii) Instead of asking me to email the situation to [protected]@pnb.co.in, this should have been done by the customer service at the[protected].
                          Please solve the problem immediately as I am unable to make payments thru internet.

                          I have my account with PNB account no. [protected] at Lovely Professional University campus, Chaheru,Punjab. I have applied for the internet banking the same day I opened my account that is on 07/02/2011. I was told from the branch that the internet id will come within one month .I waited till 20/03/2011 didn't get any id as per the instruction of the branch I filled up some form for re issue of id. I got an id on 25/03/2011 on the same day evening I got an sms alert saying that my internet id password has been cahnged on 25/03/2011, the id that was provided didn't work out. While calling to the customer care i.e. in[protected] I came to know that since I have applied for the second time I have been given some other id and the same shall reach my branch within 1 week time. I kept waiting and am still waiting today is 28/04/2011, in the mean time I have visited my branch 10-12 times I get the same reply that the id has not come I have called the custmer care almost 10-12 times I get the reply id has been send collect it from the branch. I spoke to a person named Mr. Neeraj in the customer care who connected me to some senior officials he gave another number saying that he shall not be able to solve my problem and that I should contact to the number[protected]. I keep calling the number almost four times a day but no one bothers to pick up the phone. My complain number is 54964700, which seems to have no value as no one bothers to even listen to the problem now.
                          So friends this is Punjab National Bank which claims to have excellent customer care. They don't even bother to listen to you so forget about caring. They just believe in putting the responsibility to some other person. They shall never ever try to help you. Its only in writing and in Banner that PNB claims so big the reality is that its the worse bank and the branch in LPU is the worse one. So think twice before putting your leg in the trap of PNB. In case the PNB authorities read this mail I would like them to verify all the details given and please find a solution in case you people can. I have given up hope and am trying to shift my account to some other branch which is prompt in giving atleat an internet id and password.

                            Hi,

                            I have withdrawn 4000 rs from the PNB Bank ATM (Indirapuram GZB branch) however after all the processing done, money didn't dispensed. I checked my balance from the Phone Banking, the balance got reduced by 4000/-. I contacted the Branch Manager (PNB Bank) & according to her, they cant do anything about the same as ATM Network is not working properly. I suggested her to stick one note outside the ATM regarding the Issue however her statement was "You may stick the note regarding the issue if you have any problem. I am not going to stick the same as this is not my duty".

                            As it was the end of the month & the money was required for an emergency, i faced a very tough time today which i havent been faced ever in my life.

                            I want you to take a necessary action against the same if you can & please update me on the same.

                              Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [PNBHFL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Banking — Saving A/c balance not paid

                              The above account has been CLOSED by the bank without my permission as it was not used for more than a year. The account had balance amount which was supposed to be sent to me. I have been chasing up since 3rd Nov 2007 and have made 8 calls on different days (3rd Nov, twice on 20th Nov, 27th Nov, 1st Dec, 6th Dec, 11th Dec, 19th Dec) in last 2 months but still I havent yet received the amount.

                              I am struggling to get my hard earned money back since last 2 months when I am in desperate need of money.

                              I am not sure if there are any serious issues on financial stability of the bank.

                              PNB — Creating delay for collecting the Bill amount Kept ready much before the due date.

                              I have already sent my latest massage to you.Hope, you will take appropriate action or otherwise please close my phone Number.i.e.[protected] and return back that security amount which is lying with you.

                              Such facility is not properly done, because it was not due to my own failure.It is a failure on behalf of the collecting agent only.

                              This is nonsense attitude of the concerned service providers.

                              You must take care of avoiding any delay for collecting any genuine instrument, i.e which is always kept ready for making payment much before the due date.

Which is done by me and my team members on 08/07/08 to 12/07/08 (total - 8500 entries). But they don't release the money from 15/07/08 to till end.

                              First they ask me to do work, I will agree with your quoted price, you gives me full night & day work with your team members, I will release your full & final payment, without advance of any money. I starts working only with his quotes, but after completion of work, they says no data is saved in our systems. How could I pay you, then, we check & again work completed with all our team memebrs, but this time a ERROR is comes regularly with Bank's making Software, that's why data is not saved.

                              After working, you don't response me active, please do early as possible. But they don't listening me, Only said that after some time I will give you the all money. I ask them, I am also a Central Govt. employee, I work with my office also.

                              So please suggest me, when did you release my working payment. I need money for distribute in all team members, b'coz their festival is near, but they don't listen and give me more time to wait for payment.

                              Please tell me, what should I do this time. If you please ask him, for release my payment earlier. I am waiting & too grateful to you.

Lalita Gupta) is the proprietor of this account and she give me the attorney of all operations. Although I had applied for ATM facility but yet I and other family member did not received the ATM card. All sudden on date 29-03-09 Rs. 20000 was withdrawn from this account through ATM card.
                              I went to PNB bank(at Ramganjmandi Branch) and try hard to collect all the information related to the transaction but bank manager (Mr. R. L. Meena) was ignoring me to give any kind of information.

                              My saving acccount no. with P.N.B., New Rohtak Road, New Delhi 110005 is [protected]. On 1st Augst 2009, I went to HDFC ATM, Dev Nagar at about 11.00 am and wanted to withdraw a sum of Rs.8000/-. After completing the the required formalities, the above amount did not come from ATM machine. After some time, on second attempt I again asked the ATM machine to deliver Rs.8000/-. This time that ATM machine gave me Rs.8000/. I also told the ATM machine to issue me the receipt. The ATM machine responded and gave me a receipt. But to my surprise, that ATM machine deducted Rs.160000/- from my account whereas I was only repeat only able to get Rs.8000/-. I immediately rushed to my bankers i.e. PNB, New Rohtak Road. In turn, they asked me to contact Customer Care, Punjab National Bank customer care service at their call centre. One, Mr. Rajiv, representative of Customer care services of PNB talked and after enquiring my name, account no. residential address etc., told me to wait for two days and after two days, I will have to check my balance amount i.e. on Monday the 3rd Aug 2009. But, he never gave me docket no. for my complaint and insisted me that my complaint will be lodged only by Monday the 3rd Aug.09. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit my account by Rs.8000/- becauase I have withdrew Rs.8000/- only on1st
                              August 09 at the earliest under intimation to me. An early action in the matter is requested please.

                                I have an saving account in Punjab National Bank, Rajender Nagar, Near fire station, New Delhi.From the Atm attached with this bank, I entered amount of Rs.5000 to withdraw.But form the atm machine Igot only Rs.1000/- And Rs.5000/-is deducted from my account .This happened on Date-20th august, 2008.I complaint at the spot in the bank in written to customer care officer.And to Punjab National Bank's Toll free No. [protected] Two Times but there is no respose from the bank till now I am facing a lot of problem due to this problem.My Account No. is [protected].Please Help me to get my money back.

                                  Consequent upon my request through this Form my PPF A/C was updated after four months with issue of Duplicate Pass book as the original was lost by the Nishat Ganj Branch.
                                  During my recent visit to the branch on 05th July, 2008 for updation of Interest on deposits for the year 2007-08, I was welcomed with the words that updation will be possible only after completion of the FY 2008-09. On my further interrogation, the said account was checked and assured to settle the same wihin a week and will be communicated accordingly but all proved useless as nothing has been informed despite my several visits and spending a lot on STD from delhi for listening music for minutes with no response.

                                  Despite putting my all-out effotrs, I have failed to solve the matter with the request to intervene for updation of my PPF interest and withdrawal of the entitled amount from my above said account as my request for withdrawal eas also not considred by the branch.

                                  Please do the needful at the earleist.

                                  07014/93 (b) 08/14/B/CDRR/10813/2001. GOI letter was issued in the month of Nov 2008 for the
                                  implementation of the Sixth Central Pay Commission pension of Pre 2008 Armed Forces Pensioners
                                  available in the Mirzapur bank but my pension has not been amended. I approached to the dealing
                                  man and rang up number of times from Noida, where I am held up due to my wife cancer operation
                                  at Fortis hospital sector- 61. I also approached to the dealing lady for the pensions at sector 26
                                  branch of Noida PNB, who advised Mirzapur pension dealing person to open the GO letter for the
                                  guidance but it seems that he could not follow as to how it is to be amended. So far I have only
                                  got Rs.25497/- as arrears in total where as people of my status retired along with me got Rs.
                                  62000/- as arrears in total. As it is I am suppose to get Rs.16470/- p.m my pension but I am
                                  paid only Rs.13764/- p.m towards my pension.
                                  I request you to instruct the Mirzapur above said PNB bank to do the needful.

                                    On 18/06/2008 I USED ATM ID No. 1151800 OF PNB PATPARGANJ BRANCH DELHI ENTERED AMT. 1500/- CASH NOT DISPENSED BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED WITH 1500/- I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN IN PNB CUSTOMER CARE ON 19/06/2008 FROM THE SAME BRANCH THEY GAVE ME COMPLAIN NO. 7867308 AND ASSURED ME THAT THE ENTERY WILL BE REVERSED WITHIN 15 DAYS BUT NO PROGRESS SO FAR.                                     I am operating S.B. Account No.[protected] with PNB, Delhi Cantonment Branch. My ATM Card No. is[protected].

                                    I had operated ATM at Subzi Mandi, Delhi on 01.10.2008 (4 times) to take out Rs.8, 000/- to meet my urgent requirement @ Rs.2, 000/- per transaction.

                                    I could get Rs.6, 000/- against 3 l transactions performed successfully but unfortunately one transaction out of four could not materialize but amount of Rs.2, 000/- was wrongly debited to my captioned account.

                                    I had immediately lodged complaint with PNB, Gulabi Bagh on 01.10.2008 under whose jurisdiction ATM, Subzi Mandi falls. My complaint No. is 869.

                                    I was assured that the amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of Rs.2, 000/- would be credited back to my captioned account at the earliest but regret to point out that despite repeated requests nothing has been done in the matter even after a lapse of more than 2 months causing mental tension, humiliation and harassment.

                                    I request you to kindly look into my grievance so that amount of Rs.2, 000/- wrongly debited to my captioned SB Account could be credited back immediately and position intimated to me.

                                    I hope to get reply on priority.

                                    On 5th april 2009 I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- by using my above
                                    PNB account Debit Card from ATM of HDFC Bank located at C - 3/ 8,
                                    Janak Puri, New delhi Branch. The transaction was unsuccesfull and I
                                    couldn't withdraw the funds.

                                    While going th. my bank account on 6th April 2009 I noticed that I
                                    have been debited twice by Rs. 5000/- each on 6th April 2009. I had
                                    withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from PNB's ATM Located at HPCL Patrol Pump at
                                    Varinder Nagar, New Delhi only.
                                    The second Rs. 5000/- debit is wrongly Debited to my account.

                                    I have given an written complaint to PNB Janak Puri Branch on 8th
                                    April 2009 but still the amount of Rs. 5000/- is not yet credited back
                                    to my account. EMAIL's to ATM cell has also not elicited any response.

                                    PREM NAGAR BRANCH, BAREILLY(UP), HAS COMPLANT ABOUT RS. 15, 000/-(FIFTEEN THOUSAND) WRONG TRASACTION MEAN, PNB ATM SHOWS BY RECEIPT OF DEDUCTION OF RS.15000/- IN OUR A/C, BUT NOY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT.
                                    AFTER THIS WE COMPLAINT THIS ISSUE, PNB EMPLOYEE REPORT THE COMPLAINT AND GAVE THE COMPLAINT NO.[protected], DATE ON 27/08/2009, & WAIT UP TO 15 DAYS.
                                    AND THIS TIME WE ARE STILL WAITING .

                                    sir on i withdrawl 20, 000 from SBI ATM at Gurgaon on 14 Sep 09. On 15 Sep 09 i changed my pin after that i go to SBI ATM again for withdrawl of 10, 000 that time transitsion dislinked . i tried towice but no transtion was made. After some time i go to PNB ATM At Gurgaon their the ATM Machine was shown that your ATM was blocked. So i requested that if my ATM Card activated again at the earlist . Thanking you.

                                    I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

                                    Recently I made a cash withdrawal of Rs.8000/- at SBI ATM Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi. It show amount has been debited from my account whereas the message displayed was "Transaction Timed Out"
                                    Please note that the cash was not dispensed by the ATM. When it is so, why there is not an automatic system to reverse the transaction and credit the account. Now my funds are blocked in festival season and I am in difficulty and tension.
                                    So I contacted to PNB Branch Manager he gives me PNB customer Care no. i.e.[protected]
                                    and[protected]. I haved tried these numbers more than 100 times but no response found.

                                    Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                    I have taken PNB bank account in 2007 with zero rupees balance. after one year i deposited some amount.
                                    from 2007 to 2009 i did not use the ATM card. from then when i was trying to take money from ATM centers that machine shows message like "YOUR ATM CARD IS BLOCKED". how to unblocked my ATM card now.
                                    i am getting Response Code :0036 when i am trying to take money from ATM machines,
                                    please let me know ... its very urgent.
