i would be like to inform you that on date 29/03/2017 make online payment for IGNOU Re Registration Fee with debit card.Balance debited from my account but Payment Not be done already i submite a complaint But I am not satisfiedm my balance not be refund in my accound.i have request you to please shootout my problem and Refund Balance as soon as possible..
