I am account holder of pnb, kalamboli br. Navi mumbai, i have to open there bank locker but bm said that you have to do fd minimum of rs. 25000/-.
I went again there br and said there not any rbi rule to take fd from customer you have to take only maintenance charges equalient to three years.

Need action on this, because no one support at punjab nation bank kalamboli br.

I visited to Lado Sarai Branch on 14.11.17 with my husband to deposit money in my account but there is no Cashier.Br. Manager said that no Cashier appointed due to inadequacy of staff. 50-60 customers are harassed and walking here & there.

Subject loan has been cancelled. Processing fee deducted from my ac for rs.6000.00 without my knowledge. But the same still pending with the bank. Yet to get refund amount. Loan was handeld by mr.Loganathan.
