Punjab National Bank [PNB] — complaint about not resolving the complaint of deduction of amount from pnb saving account during almost one month

Dear concern,
I am the customer of Punjab National Bank having an account. I did a transaction through ATM on 09.01.2019 for Rs.5000/- but amount not received due to server error. The amount was deducted from my account. So I did a complaint number SR A[protected], over the phone on Punjab National Bank customer care on 09.01.2019 and it is not yet resolve despite many reminders on call to customer care.
Please help.
