I did the payment of 6900 on 11th feb 2019 for my credit card bill but they say they dint received it the amount is not even refunded to my account i did the payment through pnb mobile banking, i did the mail complaint to the pnb credit card department and even to the mobile banking department but no body is giving the response even i wrote an application and submitted to the branch also but they also not given any response
