Punjab National Bank [PNB] — credit card not working for online transaction

The following message is showing when i will pay online payments through my credit card.

If you have already updated your number with bank, kindly wait for 24 hours for the number to be updated in the system.
If you have not updated yet, kindly contact customer care number - (For all complaints)

I have visited near pnb branch they said every thing ok. You can contact customer care. I contacted customer care and also same reply is given. What to do. And how to access the card. Kindly suggest.
