Punjab National Bank [PNB] — customer care agent nooraj khan not providing information | |
Hello i called to pnb customer care phone banking service from my registered mobile number yesterday. Date 14/11/2017 time 2:30am. The agent name is nooraj khan. I asked him to confirm my aadhar is linked or not. He asked my a/c no which i dnt have and not customer id. So i tell him to verify other things except these 2. So he denied and told me that i cant provide you any information. You can call along with your a/c no or customer then i will give you info. What is this.? If a person call from registered mobile number and verify other options except a/c no or customer id. Why this kind agent deny to provide information to the customers. Plz before hiring this kind of agent give full knowledge about the product and system.. They dont know how to talk to the customer and less knowledge... Take proper action against him or i will mail or coantact to the higher authority... Was this information helpful? | |
