Punjab National Bank [PNB] — debit my all amount from my account

The whole amount which is in my account was debited by yesterday when i swipe my card into atm machine but it shows an error and declined my payment but after fews hours my whole amount was debit one by one transactions and i called customer care but no one receive my call and aloso there is out of network please help me out rather i'll take a strict action about the same.
