Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Deducted charge without ATM card

Dear sir/madam, I Neelam, I want to tell you that dated[protected], Rs.177.00 have been deducted from my saving account for Debit card annually charge.Even though I don't have any Debit card. Nor have I applied any Debit card yet. I requested you to take action on this. And refund Rs.177.00 in my Account.I will be grateful to you. This bank manager not coming in the Bank since 1month.
