Punjab National Bank [PNB] — deduction of tds amounting to rs. 2375/- from my fixed deposit amount of rs. 10, 00, 000/- only.

I have submitted form h on 10.04.2017 in your bank, branch code punb039100. But it is painful for me for deduction of tds fo rs, 2375/- against
My earning quarterly interest. My total income from my bank interests & my pension is rs. 313626/- i do not understand why this type of tds dedection has been made from your end. If not clarified i withdraw my fixed deposit.
