Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Denial of claim for policy 272400/48/2016/6755

Insurer is not processing my claim and giving vague reasons. I have registeted complaint with IRDA and sending legal notice to them as well.

Since Policy purchased from you. Kindly let me know if you can really help or not.

Also provide me copy of initial proposal form copy awailable with you.
