I gave complaint on[protected] to pnb call centre for a upi transaction where in my account got debited but to the receiver didn't receive and till date even sending mail to pnb and to supportupi they are not able to resolve it my transaction i'd is : p1804121253492114641331

I personally don't understand in digital india platform were in you can manually reverse it in software they have already taken more than 19 days to return back my amount if i had taken a loan from the branch they would do regular follow-up. But in this case not even a mail. This is the stage of customer relationship it is not bank amount let me run for getting it back.
