The following mail was sent to [protected]@pnb.co.in on 13/7/2017 with subsequent reminders on 14/7/2017 and 23/7/2017 but no reply have been received as yet. Kindly take appropriate immediate necessary action :
I had applied on 18/04/2017 for a master platinum debit card with photo along with my complete name and was told by the branch official that you will be informed when the debit card would be received in the branch but no message was sent by the branch regarding receipt of my debit card in the branch. After waiting for a long time, today i visited the branch and collected my debit card which has been found to be without my photo and my incomplete name embossed on it, which has irritated my mind so please suggest whether the debit card should be used for the time being or not as the same needs to be replaced with my complete name and photo duly embossed on it. Also suggest step to be taken for its immediate replacement.
