[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Failed Swipe Transaction but not get refund

I have two failed transactions(Swipe Card) on 24th Dec 2022 and got the refund for one transaction at the same time but I am still waiting for a refund for the 2nd failed transaction. Attached file is there for your reference.
