CESC BILL 3770.00 has not been Paid for transaction failure THROUGH BHIM UPI from VPA id [protected]@upi of PNB ac against cust ID [protected]
Transaction ID was[protected] on 23rd july [protected]@ 11:48pm
Said bill is still not paid but the amount has been debited from my ac and not credited to my account after so many working days from the date of failure of transaction
Pls look the matter

So how do it show the problem is resolved???????
