I am a long standing customer of punjab national bank and i applied for a fast tag in december 2019. It is now september 2020 and i have still not received my fast tag
I had raised complaints several times with customer care demanding that my fast tag be delivered to my home and every time they provide this standard response "we have raised a complaint and written to the head office and are awaiting a response".
I have now lost trust in pnb and want them to cancel my fast tag application and refund the amount i paid, so that i can approach other providers.
My fast tag application reference number is a19234. My fast tag application number is app0118000.
