Punjab National Bank — pnb fastag not delivered

I applied for pnb fatag in december 2019 after paying the required fee and i received a message on 8th jan2020 my applicationis app0125912 has been approved and tag id ending5418 has beenassigned and registredaganist my vehicle no mh03bh0571. I have not received the tag till date. I made complaints on 1st feb and27th feb, complaint nos cp08717 and cp09811 respectively.
Helpline is not able to resolve and i made a complaint on pnb mail id
Since my vehicle is already assigned a tag i am not able to approach any other source to get a new one.
Pl help to resolve the issue
