[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I didn't get my initiated refund | |||||
I didn't get my initiated refund from amazon. Amazon initiated my refund on 15 december 2018 but i didn't get into my given bank account. I have complaint this into my near branch but i didn't get any resolution. I also talk to the amazon customer service they are saying that they have proceed the balance and given the refund reference code given below. But i don't get the initiated amount back. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 761609. Kindly proceed my balance to my bank account. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
