Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I m complaining about cancelled train tickets refund from irctc which I have not received yet

I paid 6893.55 rs. To irctc through paytm for booking train tickets on 10 oct 2021.the train tickets were cancelled automatically on 12 nov. 2021 as the train was cancelled and my money refund was initiated by paytm but till now i didnot receive it in my account.i asked paytm about this it says that they have send me money back now depends on bank in how many days will i get it.i want to file a complaint to get my money back as soon as possible.
