Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I'm complaining about deducted amount but it was not refunded.

The amount was deducted from my account but it was refunded back.
It happen 3 times.
No amount has been refunded.
Look after this matter.
It has been more than 7 days and I should get compensation for this.
I had complained it to customer care but I did not get any response from the customer care and bank.
It seams to be helpless.
Please help.
