I have made an IMPS transfer of rupees 15250/- bank said that imps has declined due to the unavailability of host bank but PNB has debited this amount from my account this thing is happening third time with when we contact the customer care they say that it will come in 10 working days I would like to ask the bank where is this amount go for these 10 days..PNB is cheating its customer o m going to close my salary account from this bank...it is cheating... I hate this bank...

i am informing you to that i am a private company employee my account in PNB .ATM card receive 15th feb. and my mb. no. register form summit on 16 th feb.in the bank but till time my atm not activate.
PNB employee not giving positive response at till time .
