Sir i made a transaction on 02.11.2018 for 49800 but shown failed but still money deducted form my account. (Ref id[protected]. I visited branch but helpless as they told to wait. Why should this happen in pnb why they are so helpless. Please make me a quick resolution as i am in need to transfer fund to my party for my business. I[censored] do such act then what is the meaning of didgital india vision.

Tried to withdraw money using digipay. The transaction got declined for withdrawal amount of 4000.00 and no amount was fetched from atm. But account shows debit of 4000.00 and not yet refunded.
