Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Interest subsidy under csis for education loan

I have applied for my education loan on 16 sep 2011 from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK TILOI AMETHI UTTAR PRADESH under the CSIS interest subsidy scheme of GOI. But bank has not claimed the interest they only claimed it for financial year 2015-16. I want to know why the did not claimed it for rest of the three year despite i am fulfilling all the eligibility required for my interest subsidy. please let me know
