Punjab National Bank [PNB] — misbehaviour

I along with my husband were waiting outside the bank by 3.30pm three was guard at the gate, gate was closed staff member came by 4.20 pm and says this is how we, this is our way to handle go if you people do not want us to manage your account go to other bank with rudeness
I am not satisfied with the behaviour of the bank's staff.
There was no guard at that time

I want you to take some action against the staff members
