Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Money deducted from my bank account but no credited in CD account of national insurance portal

While charging CD account of National Insurance for Rs. 1400 on 14/01/2022/at 3:19PM through UPI of GOOGLE PAY. Amount was debited from my account but neither CD account charged nor amount refunded in my account.

You are requested to look into the matter and do needful to find the solution so that bank may refund the debited premium.
