An amount of Rs 4000 has not been credited to my account after being debited for a failed transaction. The failed transaction date is 12/04/2022.
I have complained twice and now they have sent me two messages stating,
'Dear Customer, SRN No. A[protected] has been closed with remarks Transaction found successful . For further assistance pl call [protected]/[protected]. PNB'.
I don't know what to do now.
