This is to inform you that i (Ashish dhawan) am an account holder with pnb with a/cno. - [protected], on 16th april 2018 at 17:32 i had tried to withdraw rs 3700 from an atm (Sbi in chandni chowk), i had tried to withdraw the funds 4 times, and got an error message saying unable to process, each time (3of the 4 times i got an atm slip saying unable to process), hence no money was withdrawn, after 15-20 mins i got debit messages for my transactions rs 3700 were debited from my account 4 times (Rs 14800 in total), i had reported the same, and had also given an application at my home branch which was in pnb rajouri garden, (It has been 6 days since my application / complaint) i have not got the refund by far.
Tried to reach the customer care but no response,
Would request you to please take an appropriate action and refund the debited amount (Rs 14800) at the earliest.

My pnb saving account no [protected].my name is gourav jasuja.yesterday 16 apr time 18:09 i tried to withdraw rupees of 10000 from my atm card but money not recived after some time i have recived sms of deduct money of 10000 .so pls refund my money as soon as possible .
