Punjab National Bank [PNB] — money stuck in a pnb atm machine

On 30/04/2018, i made a withdrawl of rs.8000 at a pnb atm d4070800, txn [protected]. But i didn't receive the money. I waited for 10 minutes there, also got a mini statement sharing the same details. My sbi account got debited with the amount. Even after 8 days i have not been refunded with my amount.
Kindly put your concern towards it and oblige.
