Punjab National Bank [PNB] — neft problem due to wrong account number

Respected sir,
I have tranfered an amount of 31, 034 from my pnb account to an axis bank account. But due to some error in putting the account number of the receiver, the amount got debited from account but the receiver did not receive the money. All the other informations in the neft form were given correctly. I would really be obliged if you give a quick solution to this problem.

In My Account Amazon Transfer The Refund Of RS.900 For My Product Through IMPS. My Refund Reference Number Is #[protected]. It Is Not Credited To My Account. So Please Action Against It.
