Myself your customer and card holder herby want to bring to your notice that there is a problem in your network. Mainly during the ticket bookings and making payments due to your network error the OTP pin is not reachable to you and henceforth all the effort goes waste. So I just want you to listen to my request rather than avoiding it . I will be very thankful to you for this service.
