I did 3 IMPS transactions(each of Rs.6000) to one Catholic Syrian Bank on 15th December 2016. Beneficiary account details were wrongly updated by me so transaction failed but amount got deducted from my account.
I sent mail ON 20th December 2016 on Complaint/callcentre/[protected]@pnb.co.in, mentioning the issue in return i got reply from [protected]@mail.pnb.co.in, in mail i was provided with 3 docket numbers for the complaints for each transaction. i.e. M[protected], M[protected] & M[protected] by Mr. Manish Chaudhary from Internet Banking Section - Helpdesk.
Since then i have sent them 5 e-mails to know the status of the issue but got no reply from anyone except auto reply. I also went to bank but got same reply that only call center people can tell about it.
I called call center as always but they always have the same answer that we are facing server/system issue so we cant help you right now please call again in some time.
its about 25 days that i am not able to get my money back. Please help.
