Mei punjab national bank ka regular customer hun, mera atm jun, 2016 ko expire hone wala tha meine may 2016 mei hi call karke customer care par naye atm ke liye aavedan kiya kintu customer care executive ne mujhe kaha ki “expire hone se kuch din pehle call karna apke card ko cancel karke request number apko de diya jayega aur kisi bhi nearest branch par ja kar naya atm praapt kar sakte hain jo ki do se teen din mei activate ho jata hai aur naam aur details mention atm chahiye to 15 din lagege”
Aur jab meine 29 june 2016 ko pnb customer care par call karke naye atm ke liye kaha to unhone pucha ki apko urgent atm chahiye ya name wala to meine kahan naam wala atm ki koi jarurat nahi mujhe paise nikaalne hai 1 july 2016 ko to jaldi se jaldi wala atm jo pehle bataya gya tha wo chahiye, customer care executive ne mujhe request number diya aur kaha kisi bhi nearest bank mei jaakar aap naya atm praapt kar sakte hain jo ki do teen din mei activate ho jayega, aur jab mei request number lekar apne nearest branch gya 30jun2016 ko to unhone pucha apka khata kidhar hai meine bataya sector-27 noida branch mei to sector -44 branch ne mujhe kaha ki apko atm yahan se nahi apki branch se hi milega waha jao jabki mere hi saamne wo apni branch ke a/c holder ko new atm issue kar rahe the same atm meine bhi cancel karya aur chahiye tha to meine unhe kaha aap inhe bhi to de rahe hain atm mujhe bhi de do to kehte hain apna khaata yahaan transfer karwa lo fir apko bhi atm de denge... aur jab mei sector – 27, noida pnb branch mei gya to unhone kaha 250/- rs. jama karo apka atm 20 din mei aajayega, meine fir customer care ko call kiya aur unhe ye saari baat batayi.. to customer care executive ne mujhe kaha aap unhe humse baat karayiyega apko atm mil jayega meine jab sector -27 branch noida mei counter number 27 & 17 par kaha ki aap customer care executive se baat kar lo wo hold par hai to pnb noida sector 27 branch wale jo ki counter number 27 & 17 par baithe the jinke under mei ye work ata hai unhone saaf inkaar kar diya call par baat karne se aur same baat kahi 250/- rs. jama karwa do apka atm 20 din mei aa jayega aur turan milne wale atm ab nahi milte wo band ho gye… meine kher majburi ke kaaran hi 250/-rs. jama kar diye aur details deke chala aaya..
Fir ghar akar customer care par call kiya saari baat batayi.. to customer care walo ne bataya new atm ke charge nahi lagte aur conditional charge lagta bhi hai to 100/- jo ki jama nahi karane padhte a/c se debit ho jate hain, meine unhe request kiya meri problem ko solve karo mei kya karun to unhone again request number wahi diya aur kaha nearest bank branch mei jake atm le lo, mei fir next day morning mei sector -44 branch noida gya jo ki mere ghar ke pass h isiliye yaha jata hun ab gratere noida to nahi jaa sakta.. aur job par bhi jana hota hai roj… to next day isiliye gya.. to fir se sector -44 branch noida walo ne same baat kahi apna khata yaha transfer karwao tabhi atm de payenge warna yahan se nahi hoga apka khaata jis branch mei hai waha jao.. mei fir noida branch mei gya.. aur saari baat batayi.. noida branch walo ne fir same response diya…jo unhone pehle kaha tha ki paisa jama ho gya hai 250/-rs. apka 20 din mei atm aa jayega… aur wapas jane ko kaha..
Ek to ye bank wale aise baat karte hain jaise duniya ke saare kaam sarkaar inhi se karwa rahi hai bahut busy hain par customer samne khada rahega tea, apsi baat cheet, gharelu samsyaaon par bahes, temple run game whatsp etc. ke liye to inke pass time hai par customer ko line mei lagane ki adat h ya intzaar karte hain counter par jab tak 4 vayakti naa aajaaye tab tak kaam ek ke liye to start nahi kareinge…
Kher…. meine customer care par call kiya 1 july 2016 ko apni baat aur saara kissa sunaya aur pucha ki jab aisi hi problem honi thi to jab pichle mahine meine phone kiya tha to tabhi kyun nahi meri request lekar mere atm ko cancel kar naye atm ke liye aavedan kyu nahi kiya ab batao mein bina salary ya bina paisa kaise rahun 20 din tak kyunki passbook se to paise nikalte nahi pata nahi kaisa atm ya khaaata khola hai inhone jabki mei 10 saal se bhi jyada purana customer hun…
To customer care wale ne kaha aap nearest branch jayein humari baat karwayiyega branch se apko atm mil jayega mei turant pnb sector-44 noida branch gya sara kissa sunaya aur kaha customer care wale apse baat karna chahte hain to unhone bhi saaf inkaar kar diya customer care se baat karne ko counter number 4, 3 & 2, neha, swati aur terse ka naam nahi pata.. ek saath hi mujh par bhadak gye ki chale aate hain ganwaanr kahi se bhi aur kaha jake manager se baat karo … to mein manager se bhi milne gya unhone kaha same junior’s ki kahi baat ki aur bhaga diya branch se…
Aur meine ghar akar thoda khud ko sambhala aanshu se nikal gye the is taraha ki baat sunkar to khud ko sambhaalte hue customer care par fir saari kahani batayi…
Par is baar jo customer care executive tha usne to alag hi baat batayi wo kehta hai apki kaisi bhi koi bhi request nahi hai humare pass naa apki taraf se naa bank ki taraf se na apki branch ki taraf se meine executive se kaha mere pass request number hai.. unhone mujhse kaha request number find nahi ho raha koi request nahi hai aur call disconnect kar diya ye bhi nahi ki chalo request le hi le naye atm ke liye taki 4 din ho ya 20 din ya 30 din at least customer ko atm to receive ho jaye par nahi call disconnect kar diya...
Fir meine 2, 3, or 4 taarik tak kahin sampark nahi kiya khud ko kosta raha ki kaise bank mei khata khulwa liya meine…
Kher aaj subha yani 05-jul-2016 ko customer care par call kiya aur saari baat batayi.. suru se lekar ab tak ki to kisi khusi executive ka naam tha unhone ne kaha aap apne request number ke saath jaaye nearest branch mei aur kahen ki apka atm expire ho gya hai new atm chahiye… aur agar koi problem ho to hume call karein meine unhe o. k. kaha aur sector-44 noida pnb branch chala gya to is baar to kamaal hi hogya gya.. kisi executive ne sidhe muhh baat nahi ki naa mere samasya ko samjha.. aur kehte hain.. wo swati aaj counter number 3 par baithi thi kehti hai “ ohho aap hain apko samjh nahi aata kya yahan se kuch nahi hoga.. jao faltu time kharab mat karo humara “ aur branch maneger ke pass bhej diya…
Branch manager sector-44, noida mr. neeraj sharma… mujhe kehte hain gawaanr ho kya samjh nahi aata bewakuf ho apna khaata yaha transfer karwao tabhi yaha se atm mil payega otherwise apne branch mei jao.. aur cabin se nikal jane ko kaha…
Mein udaas mann se ghar gya ek baar fir nahaya kyunki chehra aisa hogya tha ki ro raha hun jaise kyunki office bhi jana tha.. nahane ke baad meine customer care par aaj ka bhi sara kissa sunaya…to jis bhi executive ne baat ki usne meri in sabhi ke kheelaaf sikayat darj kar li aur complaint number de diya aur kaha… setor-44 & 27 dono ke workers ke kheelaaf complaint le li hai.. aur complaint number diya aur phone call khatam kar di…
Par mujhe abhi bhi ye nahi pata chala mera atm kab tak aajayega.. ab to office jane aane ke liye bhi saving nahi bachi jo purani saving money thi ussey to ghar ka rent de diya par baaki policy’s or expenses kahan se karun mei 20 din ruk bhi jaunga par jarurato ke kharche aur lendaar to nahi ruk payenge…
Meri problem atm kab milega… complaint kisi ne li bhi hai ya nahin.. ya itne din se sirf ghumaaye ja rahe hain…
Mujhko gawaar bolta hai… agar bata deta mei a/c se doctrate (phd) hun.. to sharm saar ho jata apne colleague ke saamne…

Pata nahi atm milega bhi ya nahi next month se dusre bank mei khaata khulwake transfer ki request de dunga office mei par abi to new a/c open karwane ke liye bhi paisa nahi bacha.. 20 din kaise katunga.. aur 20 din bhi confirm nahi kyunki abhi tak to complaint ya request ka hi nahi pata.. li bhi hai ya nahi.. customer care walo ke pass koi record nahi hota call ka… batao.. kya samjhun ab…
