The payment of cheque number 799058 dated 02/12/2016 for rs. 24, 000/- was refused in the forenoon dated 05/12/2016 arbitrarily while the cash balance already available in the bank still the chief manager wrote at the reverse of aforesaid cheque as follows:-

Central govt. Already declared to facilitate the customers due to demonetization but as a senior citizen i along with my husband balkishan gupta were in a long que for hours but when reached the payment window of bank the payment was denied with abovementioned false statement.
The enquiry be made why i was denied the payment while in fact the the outstanding cash was available in the branch.
Accordingly the the concerned official be punished for the abovementioned wrong made against the customer who was senior citizen.
