Punjab National Bank [PNB] — non payments of deposit to nominee

I visited chowk sudan branch of pnb with original receipt in the name of my deceased mother. Despite the fact of nomination clearly appearing on the face of receipt, branch is not making the payment. I have also submitted the complaint in writing to chief manager but no action is taken. It is therefore advised to instruct the branch to make the payment of fixed deposit receipt to the nominee.
