Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not adding my aadhar card number to my pnb account

My self gaurav kumar my account no. [protected] my branch address is dav kanker khera, meerut cantt my brance officer they do not have proper knowledge of net banking i summit my aadhar card to them they say you have already another account in another city of collage you have to close that account. When i call customer service they said you can attach both account to aadhar card no problem. My branch officers are not helping me attach aadhar card to my pnb account
