[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not credited

I have purchased a ticket from cleartrip and due to some reasons the booking was cancelled.. so cleartrip have refunded the amount and provided me an ARN 75260828031017856451040. But the money is not yet credited to my account. When i contacted the PNB customer care they said this reference number is for Cleartrip and the bank can't do nothing with this reference number.. please help me to sort out this problem

Cleartrip keep on telling that they have refunded but the amount is not yet credited to punjab national bank account Cleartrip email [email protected] Trip id is18012964276.. punjab national bank contact number is 1800-180-2222.. cleartrip provided me a reference number to track my refund.. but the bank said they cannot use that reference number.. many times i called both cleartrip and pnb but they keep on telling me wait

Updated by Afsal4 No one messaged me.. i think i lost my money. No rights for consumers in demacratic india. Trying to steal money from common people. Tired of this current system
