Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not received the refund

I had placed an order for kook and keech jeans size 28 but after some time i returned the product because of size issues. The refund for as initiated on 15 july i was told it would get reflected in my account by 25 july 2019 but it has been 14 days and i haven't received refund yet. They only provided me with the reference number and when i called the customer care they told me they can't do anything with the reference number
