Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not receiving otp before timeout and very poor email service.

1- several pnb customers are not receiving the transaction otp within timeout duration of 300seconds for online shoping and fund transfer, on their registered mobile numbers, i am also one of them.
2- i several times requested pnb to send the account statements via registered email, but failed to get even after years.
