Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not receiving otp while registering for internet and mobile banking

I opened https://netbanking.netpnb.com for registering for internet and mobile banking. But the first step is to submit the otp but i am not receiving it on my registered number.
I tried clearing the browser as well. There's no other option of regenerating otp on the site in case the customer don't receive it.
There's no number provided where we can request an sms.
Can someone please help?
