I purchased two shoes rs-786 and rs-673 from myntra on 20/01/19 and full payment by debit card but oder was cancelled on 20/01/19 or 21/01/19and now mantra is say that refund has been send to bank so contact customer service they had give me a reference id[protected] or[protected] but customer service is saying they can file nothing and can only check if money can to your account or not. Don't know what to do

I received a sms on 29/01/19 that amount of 8000 is debited from your account with detailsPROD/A01/[protected]/NFSI/0 which is not debited by me

Please look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible

Please check this transaction and refund my money.
