Punjab National Bank [PNB] — online net banking transaction failed, but amount deducted (rs: 1999)

I had done an online net banking transaction to buy mi band from mi website, on 07/05/2019 for rs: 1999, the transaction failed, but the amount got deducted. Kindly look into the matter to refund the amount.
