Punjab National Bank [PNB] — online refund not shown in my account

I have cancel a ticker with irctc. And i receive amount 1240 refund in my account but there is no any credit is shown in my account. When i ask about refund from irctc customer care the provide me a refund reference number. 30001091129106119900120 and tell me to check status with pnb bank when i goto the bank the behave rudely and tell me that we don't have information about this. Plzzz help me.
