Dear team i have submit my paper in 20 feb.2018 for change the address in my passbook nd for barcode i contact weekly with bank but after 25 days i will call them and they said server is not working again & again. Please tell me this type of service pnb provide to the customer. If yes then please close my acount from your bank.

Iam a account holder of your bank. My a/c no. is [protected].i was using the mobile banking facility but from few days it is not working. Kindly help me
