One of the worst customer service from pnb bank wakad pune branch
Employee punit was very rude towards customer. He should be thrown out of the bank immediately.
Earlier manager ws very good but current lady manager was worst.
Actually i have transffered my pnb account from indore to pune wakad branch. First thing that bloody punit told that process will be done by indore branch people. For 1 month i am roaming like this only.
But later that bank manager from wakad branch has helped me a lot.
Now since once account got transfer they said you need to fill another form for passbook and cheque book issue.
That thing already been done from my end 2-3 times.
But still they said they have nothing registered in their system regarding new ceque book issue and passbook.
I controlled myslef. I then talked to that lady manager. I told her complete story of it. She said i dont know anything.
I said you are manager and whic of your employee is doing what you should be aware.
She said i will now doing your request for cheque book. Still after 2.5 months i didnt received cheque book.
Other bank account transfer process took near about 15 days to transfer account from one city to another.
But these pnb people took almost 2.5 months but still i didn't received cheque book.
And now they are saying to fill cheque book request form again which i already filled and submitted almost 3 times.# service.
First that lady manager and their employee punit needs to be kicked off.
Soon i will be closing my account from that bloody pnb bank of wakad branch pune.
