Sir atm card gum ho gaya hai new card ke liye form bhar kar bank ko diya hai 3 din se bss yahi keh rahe hai ki system nahi chal raha hai kal aa jaana. Kal 4 din ho jaege sir. Main visually disabled person hu sir Baar baar bank nahi jaa sakta. Please help me.
