Sir, I submitted the proposal of PNB Royal Mediclaim policy in PNB Osmanabad (IFSC:PUNB783400). My A/C No.[protected] debited to Royal Mediclaim amount Rs.4709/- on 06/04/2016.
Sir till the moment I could not got the Policy No. and Icard for the policy as well as Name of the lists of Hospitals. Please send me my Policy no., Hospital Names
