Punjab National Bank [PNB] — question on my gender | |
I am 70 years old senior citizen. When i called pnb customer care to activate my new debit card, customer care agents raise the question on my gender. According to them i sound like a man not woman, so that they can't help me. Help me understand how can someone question me on my gender? This is really disturbing. How can someone verify over the phone that other person is male or female. To prove me that i am a female they asked me to visit nearest branch. I will definitely visit the branch to close all my and family accounts. Was this information helpful? | |
