Punjab National Bank [PNB] — reactivation of rupay card

My PNB Savings Bank Act. no. is [protected]. I have RuPay card no. [protected].

Some time back I blocked it by mistake. It is requested that it be reactivated. I am 78 yrs old and running out of cash.
